Dough distribution shuttle system for sheeters
Models NAV-B1 and NAV-B2
Penta Engineering dough distribution systems can be manufactured in various lengths to meet customer requirements.
Dough distribution is carried out via a dedicated container mounted on a shuttle unit. The shuttle receives dough from continuous mixers and, moving back and forth on rails, transports it to the sheeters, maintaining a minimum dough level controlled by an electronic sensor.
Single-rail or double-rail versions are available. The shuttle can be equipped with a single or double tank for transporting dough to multiple stations.
NAV models are suitable for medium and large production lines for fresh pasta, dry pasta or pre-cooked pasta.
The system can be combined with IPC continuous mixers to provide continuous feeding to automatic sheeters. This distribution system is also ideally suited for transporting fillings to filled pasta forming machines.
The dough transport tanks are removable to facilitate washing and cleaning. This type of automation is also suitable for transporting fillings to forming machines.
