Design and construction
The machine is available with either a single or a double set of AISI 304 stainless steel laminating rollers. Roller diameters may vary depending on the model or customer requirements.
The rollers are supported by oscillating bearings mounted on heavy-duty stainless steel side plates, ensuring rigidity, stability and long service life.
Sheet thickness is adjusted manually using micrometric handwheels, providing precise and repeatable control.
Drive system and control
The calibrator is equipped with an independent gear motor with electronic control via an inverter, enabling continuous adjustment of the lamination speed.
The system also includes automatic loop control via photocell, optimising sheet tension and ensuring steady production without interruptions.
