General description

The machine features a quick-fit die, allowing fast changeovers between different die shapes

The screw filling feeding unit is separate from the machine and mounted on wheels.

Makes cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance easier: the structure is designed to provide quick and easy access, ensuring maximum practicality, high hygiene standards and reduced downtime.

The forming machine is equipped with an inverter for production speed control and adjustment.

Upon request, the machine can be supplied with electronic control via PLC and touch screen.

Construction features

• Heavy-duty stainless steel tubular base frame, mounted on wheels
• Independent lamination unit with a pair of stainless steel rollers with adjustable thickness; external, independent drive system with speed adjustment via inverter
• Stainless steel filling feeding unit with industrial screw system, fully removable and washable for effective sanitising; driven by a direct gear motor controlled by inverter and managed via operator panel
• Mould drive unit with two stainless steel pulling crossbars connected together and driven by a direct gear motor controlled by inverter
• Complete scrap cutting unit with scrap recovery belt and horizontal cutting knife that further chops the dough, allowing easier re-kneading
• On-board electrical cabinet and electromechanical logic control panel
• Stainless steel electrical enclosure and push-button station certified UL/CSA; electrical wiring installed inside the machine
