SA — Front-feed automatic sheeter with opening side plates (SA250/320/400/540/600 WD)

Solution for medium- to large-size lines, to be combined with mixers to continuously feed single-sheet CP forming machines. Set up with conveyor belt and photocell for loop control and/or a system for producing dough rolls. Cleaning is simplified by the tilting hopper, opening inner side plates and opening lower access door.

 SD — Front-feed double-outlet automatic sheeter with opening side plates (SD250/320/400/540/600 WD)

Machine based on the same design concept as the SA-WD series, designed to produce two cold-laminated dough sheets, with a double kneading and calibrating section and two conveyors complete with loop-control photocell. This solution allows the machine to be combined with double-sheet forming machines such as RN-WD, or with two single-sheet forming machines such as CP.

• Stainless steel basin mixer and hopper with rounded connections; external bearing supports prevent contact between control parts and product, improving cleanability
• Stainless steel safety guards fitted with waterproof magnetic safety sensors
• Kneading body with high-thickness double side-plate system; inner side plate with food-grade plastic sealing rings and bearings positioned on the external side plate: the gap between the two side plates prevents any product contact with mechanical parts
• Depending on the model, single or double kneading and lamination group. Each group is independent and includes three kneading rollers and two finishing rollers in stainless steel, mounted on support bearings and driven by epicyclic motor gearboxes with drive
• Roller scrapers made of food-contact suitable material
• Depending on the model, one or two Intralox conveyors with stainless steel side guides and loop-control photocells for matching the sheeter to the forming machine
